As a Libra, I am always seeking balance, beauty and peace. This relates to my love of nature, Mother Earth and Father Sky. The desert and the ocean…well mostly the ocean and I’m a tree hugger. And while I am a light worker, I am very comfortable with the many facets of shadow work and dark seasons, fueled by it even.

In 2010 I became an Elite Master BEST (bio energetic synchronization) Technique Practitioner, coach and speaker while simultaneously studying closely with Dr Sue Morter in what is now known as the Energy Codes.

In 2011, I founded Hermosa Well-Being, a thriving BEST and healing practice dedicated to cultivating abundant health and vitality by educating clients nutritionally, emotionally, and spiritually, as well as empowering them to make optimal daily choices in every area of life. 

After leading groups of individuals on retreat to sacred locations in Ojai, California, and Bimini, The Bahamas, my retreat partner Elizabeth Bell and I founded The Healing Collective in May of 2017, that both enveloped Hermosa Well Being and drew together a group of amazingly seasoned and professional practitioners under one umbrella. We created a welcoming and healing community where individuals could receive treatments, education, support, guidance, and experience unique opportunities.


I currently serve as a wellness advisor, practice BEST, coach my clients in their spiritual growth and development, as well as teach in person and online classes.
